Will Iframing a sponsor affect cookies, stop toolbars?
 
1. I want to IFRAME my sponsor link code to help SEO
2. Does anyone know if this affects cookies or sales negatively?
3. Also wouldnt this stop those nasty affiliate id swapping toolbars?

No, I don't think there is anything you can do to protect yourself from toolbars...

That would most likely happen at a low level within the browser, whenever it sees your ID it gets changed to their ID. Being in or out of frames wouldn't make a speck of difference.
