Hey, how about this epass?
Why dont epass make a "gold membership" or something like that. Charge gold people more $, in return for better faster support amoung other things? I'll join that! :thumbsup What do you think?

i think support at a company should be the same for anyone: Highest quality possible. Customer = king in my opinion.... it would be rediculous not to care about a part of your customers.

I like the fact that I dont pay charges on epassporte other than withdrawing money...In fact does anyone have the link to where their charges page is as I couldnt find it anywhere...
As for support, I have never had a problem with it. Opening an account if you are not in the states is hell on earth, the sign up process is too bloody complicated and there are not enough options. Then if you are a UK customer you have no choice except to buy the electron card as you can't get to your money any other way but apart from that they seem to be ok... If you bring up drama on the boards you notice the wonderful tech support people here in an instant :) (Maybe a new forum section is on order "Epassporte Drama") |
