Hey, how about this epass?
 
Why dont epass make a "gold membership" or something like that. Charge gold people more $, in return for better faster support amoung other things? I'll join that! :thumbsup What do you think?

i think support at a company should be the same for anyone: Highest quality possible. Customer = king in my opinion.... it would be rediculous not to care about a part of your customers.

Yeah, they should charge like $30/month so people can get good techsupport. That's a great idea. Not.

I think they already charge too much for loading money into your account, transfers, etc.

I like the fact that I dont pay charges on epassporte other than withdrawing money...In fact does anyone have the link to where their charges page is as I couldnt find it anywhere...

As for support, I have never had a problem with it.

Opening an account if you are not in the states is hell on earth, the sign up process is too bloody complicated and there are not enough options.

Then if you are a UK customer you have no choice except to buy the electron card as you can't get to your money any other way but apart from that they seem to be ok...

If you bring up drama on the boards you notice the wonderful tech support people here in an instant :) (Maybe a new forum section is on order "Epassporte Drama")

I never said not to care for customers, lol. I just said make a gold membership which charges more for better support and others. Its like hosting, unmanaged servers costs less but come with no support. Managed server cost more and they have better support.

unmanaged and managed servers are totally different then a paying service... when something gets fucked up on an unmanaged server you can fix it yourself with root access.. i dont think epass will give non-gold users root access to their payment system to fix the problem yourself ;)

O RLY? Unmanaged servers come with no support (btw, if you server doesn't give you a minimal support even on unmanaged, I'd recommend you to change company ASAP) Epassporte is supposed to have support. I admit it's as bad as it comes, hopefully it will get better now with the new reps, but your brilliant idea is borderline ridiculous. So instead of demand a better service your solution would be to be pay for what should be given by default? Seriously, get a grip. :disgust

Hey, if you cant pay stay with the defalt.

All im saying is, im willing to pay more if i get better support, simple as that. I dont want to bitch on the board everytime i have a epass problem.

then demand better support. period.

However, I have some great ideas as well: what about aff programs charging for support? paying a designer or programmer to have work delivered? paying surfers to join our sites? I'd continue for hours on the same path if you need more brilliant ideas :thumbsup
