I posted this info in another thread but I am posting it again as it was not viewed by many and I think it is useful info.

This site also had a no refund policy posted on his site. That investigation has been completed and the money has been returned to my credit card account.

Someone in another post had made the statement that if you do a chargeback you cannot ever use that credit card online again. This is also not a true statement.

Would anybody in any other business admit to having no interest in what they were selling. No wonder he's getting out. Did not work. Let me take a guess why that was.

Lastly it depends on your CC if you can cancel mail order if not satisfied. On my card a quick phone call and unless the client has my signature it's cancelled. Until the vendor proves it was ordered, delivered and satisfactory.

I had between 50-75 sites up. They are now all dead. I backed everthing up on CD just in case I decide to get involved again. I don't have anything for sale. Some of the domain names I will keep active just in case. Some of them I will let expire.

I call it being a smart consumer. I have never had a problem returning a product if I am not satisfied with it.

Three and one half years is enough for me; at least for this point in time. I will lose some income, but I have never relied upon the income from this business. I am retired and reasonably well invested.
