Help editing pics! Dirty feet, lmfao!
Ok, so I'm trying to edit this photo set, and the model has kind of dirty feet..like she just walked outside barefoot, not like she was playing in mud or anything. So how can I edit the Circke-K feet so they look pink and purty without making the detail on the soles of her feet look featureless?:helpme

post an example...

thread is useless without pics

Photoshop is an enhancement tool, not a Fix-It for bad photos....:2 cents: |
Yeah, I know. :( I am usually very detail oriented, but to he honest, with the family drama that led to me moving, and the move into the new house, and the end of school for my kids, I just had too much going on, I think and I missed something I am usually really careful with.
If I could just figure a way to change the tint..I guess I'll select the problem area and toy with the color settings *shrug* |
Oh, I'm not going to post a pic, because it's a friend, and I told her I wouldn't use the dirty feet pics unless I could fix it, so I'd feel like an ass posting it online anyway.

K, figured it out. Very simple, actually, I should have thought of that first. i just used the brush tool and set the opacity at about 30% and chose a color like the parts of her feet that weren't dirty and painted over the dirty parts.

Other PS suggestions would be selecting the color range with a feather and adjusting the hue/(de)saturation (or curves, or selective color). but i think you found the fastest way to fix it. good work :thumbsup |
Thanks. :) Problem solving is what I live for, haha!
I tried the smudge tool and it did indeed push the color where I wanted it, however, it pushed the wrinkles on her feet around, too, so that didn't work, lol. But thanks for the suggestion. :) thank god her soles only show on three pics in the set, lol |
