Should I incorporate?
Should I register myelf as a company or stay an individual?

Well you should setup an LLC or something, that way if your business fails they can't take your home etc.
|
There are considerable tax advantages to be gained from incorporating.
|
Opening a company doesnt necessarily mean "going public". There's no need to go with a corp, but LLC will do :)
|
Yeah, what Zubr said.
|
Protect your ass. Incorporate. There are a lot of BS lawsuits out there. Most importantly, if your business fails you don't want them to come after you personally for money owed, etc.

whatever you do, get lots of partners :thumbsup

Become and LLC and be safe
I am ... Me, myself and I and my lawyer. Its $ 50.00 in the state of Maryland |
LLC definately, pass through tax entity so you only get taxed once, not taxed on what your comapny made, then taxed again on what you pay yourself, almost no paperwork invovled unlike incorperating where you have to have meeetings and shares and stuff, LLC is much simpler, plus yes, they can't theoretically come after any of your personal property, only the LLC's, and since most of us really have "virtual" stores, there's nothing for them to take except your server, which you can just take all your stuff off of before they get it.

OK, I'll take your guys advice. My father said that there are heavier taxes for companies but I guess he knows shit.
