don't have any weights here - what czn I do?

Fizzgig 05-28-2006 12:34 AM

I keep two cans of beans on my desk which I use for weights.
:winkwink:

Sleazy building a gym with freeweights is really easy and unexpensive. If you need some help I could come over... I got my shit pretty tight.

One of my friend use chairs as weight to work out ... what you use dosen't matter, it's how you do it. Weights are always better thought.

You gotta do your arms (bicep-tricep), legs, back, chess among other things, and it's a little hard to do it hard without a gym (as little as it is). Spending 500$ is a good start to getting pumped up a lil.

Ecchi22 05-28-2006 12:40 AM

I agree with Dr Dre, use some chairs :)

Here you go Sleazy, this page has some good arm, shoulders and chest exercises without weights.

He can afford the gym... unless he haven't got place (it's not really big anyways)

Well obviously he can afford to go to a Gym. That's the best solution too. Even better, get a personal trainer even for just a little while. You'll do all the exercises with better form. I was surprised there was exercises I have been doing wrong for years. Just a slight adjustment in your hips or shoulder blades, for instance, can make a World of difference.

I think, however, Sleazy wants to work out at home for whatever reason.

There used to be a site made by a bodybuilder who doesn't use weights. He got big in prison using his methods. I can't recall the site though. Maybe this rings a bell with someone.

Isotonics and Isometrics (muscle againts muscle, muscle against object) you can do anywhere, anytime.

Simple own bodyweight exercises like push ups, deep squats, lunges and so on.

And a good long stretching session is WAY underrated, especially under resistance... use a rope, a wall, anything... get creative.

I have not lifted a serious weight in probably 10 years (I blow right up and cannot buy shirts or suits that fit anywhere), and even though the belly bulge has grown (but I have lost lots of that now even), I am still a pretty strong guy.

As Big Moe or any of the 100's peeps I lift up regularly can attest to.

you could jack off?

woj 05-28-2006 06:58 AM

you don't need a whole gym, just bring a bar and some weights to the cottage and you should be set...

Rebecca Love 05-28-2006 07:01 AM

use your own body weight. do push ups upsidedown. the key is to using your body and making it flexible. :thumbsup

SirMoby 05-28-2006 10:00 AM

If you have a back pack fill it up with something heavy. Put a blanket or something soft on the side closest to you and then put in cans of food, rocks, phone books or anything heavy.

Then do push ups and pull ups and see how it feels. I used to do that when I traveled a lot to small US hotels that had either no gym or crappy stuff.

If you have anything sturdy around the house in the form of a pull up bar - those are great for upper body. Personally I can only do partial ones, but remember Linda Hamilton doing them on her upturned bed in Terminator 2? :thumbsup

Canned foods. :)

rip raster 05-28-2006 10:10 AM

you can not weight train without weights, you can however have a workout wthout weights. Alternatives to weights would be running, hiking, cycling, rollerblading, you could get a pullup bar or my personal favorite SEXERCIZE :winkwink:

Jman 05-28-2006 10:32 AM

If we try the reverse cowgirl position while you standing up and holding me for more then 10 minutes, I am sure you'd get a great arm workout out of it :1orglaugh

axelcat 05-28-2006 10:36 AM

pilates is the best

Degenerate 05-28-2006 10:36 AM

Chair reverse push ups... good for the shoulders.

cool1 05-28-2006 10:52 AM

A 4 liter jug of milk or water makes for a nice weight substitute
Can do most arm exercises with one

I bought one of these machines for my house.

No weights, full workout in 10 mins, so far it's really working well!

Neo_Maven 05-28-2006 01:09 PM

I love to workout while naked. Juicy has an entire excercise plan for me. It was his idea for us to work out while totally nude.
I usually start with three sets of slapping Juicy's bare ass for ten minutes with a two minute rest between sets. Then, I do three sets of hip thrusts while juicy spots me from the front. He keeps his hands on my hips and my cock in his mouth to make sure I'm doing the thrusts properly.
We usually end the session with additional hip thrusts while he is on all fours and I am mounting him from behind. It is terribly difficult and I haven't seen any results yet, but juicy insists that it takes time, a lot of time but there will be a big payoff. I can't wait!

Halcyon 05-28-2006 01:15 PM

haven't read other responses...

But chair dips for triceps. And anything you can hang from? pull ups can get your biceps and lats. Go Sleazy!

Pleasurepays 05-28-2006 01:31 PM

even though everyone here has an opinion, the correct answer to the question is determined by your goals.

Hal 05-28-2006 03:01 PM

If you want to work on your biceps, find a bar to do pull ups. You can also do pull ups both ways and vary them by the distance separating your hands, short pauses in different points etc.
Push ups, you can vary them too... if you go wider it will work out the sides of the pecks. Doing push ups with the legs in an elevated position should place more emphasis on shoulders.
Hope that helps. Excuse the lack of technical language please.
