ePassporte sucks - their backend is built by idiots, and maintened by shitstains
I have over $5000 in my account, so they ask me to verify the account etc, submit license and credit card scan/fax.
So i fax the info over to them - get no reply for ~2 days, so then I email [email protected] (where i was supposed to send a scanned copy of the info, should i have chosen to scan instead of fax), and I tell them that I sent the fax over and asking if they could confirm whether they received it or not. No reply... 3 days later, they suspend my account for non-verification. Bunch of fucking idiots. |

join the club , just be lucky you dont have expiring domains set to rebill on your account. They did eventually re-instate my account after several faxes of details.. same usual story as i have heard from others.. they say fax the info , then when you call "account verification" is always gone or busy or cant be reached etc etc "call back" they never respond , you call again , they ask for fax again , they dont respond , after a week or 2 and several faxes your account will be back up , and as long as any domains didnt expire or hosting rebills get turned off then your ok , if not it can ruin your business overnight.

things are slowly getting better though.. hiring keyzer was a stroke of genius because without him i think gfy would have already sunk epassporte with the feedback here

studiocritic, keiser is epass's rep and he's already posted in this thread.
I wouldn't keep more than a few hundred on an online payment system like this or paypal in any case. 1000$ would be absolute tops... |

My wife is trying to reset her epass password during 3 days. For some reason her password is being changed (but NEVER sent back to her email) by the epass system every week. So she got into the habit to email em' once per 7 days and ask to send her the new password. I wonder how much patient she can be...
P.S. Is there aanybody who has a similar problem? |
