It's my birthday on Monday, and I guess I'm going to hang around the house with my kids and my boyfriend is going to bbq. I am going to make myself a cake and then make everyone wait on me hand-and-foot for the whole day.

I'm gonna take care of me this weekend. Show myself some TLC. Get a haircut, stock up the house and eat good all weekend, be my laid back self and destress, and hopefully get some much needed work done, the kind I actually enjoy. :) Should be nice! About to eat some snow crab legs steamed in Old Bay so things are already off to a great start!

LOL, that reminds me of a birthday party for a friend's child I went to recently. The grandparents and aunts and uncles all left, and it was just us friends inside, and our kids playing in the backyard, and one of the guys says, "Oh, are all the adults gone?"
