yes. i'm not mad about the syndication it actually helps me. but when he altered the ref codes, he stole the text. the text = my property. So, I'm going to DMCA Webair first thing in the morning if I don't hear from him.

just because the information is distributed in a feed does not make different it from any other intellectual property distributed on the internet. and since the spam blogger is profiting from the content theft it is not covered by fair use.

yeah DomP_nl did the same thing to me. DCMA'ed his host but he took them down before they had a chance to do anything about it. He claims he syndicated with someone else who stole it. Bullshit. I also noticed that a link trade I had was redirecting to his blog damhot.be where my posts were all copied and posted. So too many coincidences for me. He's a thief plain and simple.

true, but all i see around here is how awesome autoblogger is and that you can do that shit with it, personally a script that lets you update your site via someone elses work is kinda shady and the lazymans tool anyway...
