    Rib eye steak for dinner

    i had to go to the gym tonight at around 11:30pm after eating that rib eye steak for dinner...i still have one more slab i'm gonna cook up tommorrow...

    rib eye with garlic salt and pepper rub
    then pour some soy sauce into the pan while cooking...gives it a nice outer layer with whopping taste!!!

                                              Seasalt, white pepper and sage both sides.

                                              Grill it about 4 minutes, then turn 90 degrees for 2 minutes for the crosshatch.
                                              Flip it and repeat.

                                              Take it off the grill and drizzle a little melted butter on it, let sit for 3 minutes.
