How many milligrams is a "bar" of xanax that has the 4 portions that break off?

1/2 milligram per section
a full bar is 2 milligrams

Thanks! Maddawg's thread has me terrified because sometimes I take 2 of the little sections of the bar (one in the morning and one at night before sleep) and I never knew it was as addictive as everyone in that thread is stating it is. :(

Is 1mg a day the way I'm taking it bad for you?

I took 1/2-1 milligram nightly for about a year and a half. I tapered off with no problems.

depends what color they are.

some are 2 mils and some are 1 mil

blues are 1 mil i believe

red are 2

confirm this i am not sure.

the ones I've had
white 2mg - sometimes scored in 4 places
blue 1mg
orange .25
