I've ridden the thrillhammer which incorporates a sybian -- for me, I need clit stimulation which forces me on a sybian to be totally penetrated by the dildo attachment to get the vibes on my clit. If B. is anything like me, I'd say get a SHORT dildo attachment, and WAIT until she's really aroused before swirling it around on the g-spot. It's not really pleasant to have to force something all the way inside you in order to get the clit stimulation.
