with NameCheap can I push it straight away to somebody else or is there a waiting period???????????

wait no you can push instantly but it is an insanely long waiting period to get it

You can push it to the other person right away, it will show up in there control panel instantly, some features can take 24hrs to go through on there end, such as forwarding or dns changes, other then that it is smooth and easy!
