How to put a picture from my comp in to the "new topic"? :helpme

Please !!!

1. upload picture to your webhost.
2. make sure it is not blocked by anti-hot linking.
3. make a post and then push the little yellow box with the mountain in it above the text area or just place [img] url to image [/img] around it.
4. preview your post to see if image shows.
5. click submit.

Now thats a problem, usually members here are webmasters and have access to a webhost server. you would upload the pics to the server and thats where the URL address comes from.
