    How long do I give a designer to complete a project ??

    What is a good time frame to give a designer to complete a project. A simple paysite. Index and join page.

    3 Days a Week. What do you think is good until I have to start complaining?

      we usually have it done in 3-4 days

      a week maximum with changes from the client

              no thats business days
              but some of my guys do work over the weekend when its needed

              like last week a guy needed a tour done asap due to Visa rejecting his previously designed tour done by someone else

              he got us the ftp for content on friday and we had the tour done on monday for his approval and made all changes for him in a few hours

                          yeah i think 3-4 days will do it

                          im so strict with my designer i give him a memo when the projects is delayed plus i gave bonus stuff for the clients

                              Its always good to get a timeframe before you agree to give him the work, but if you don't, I would at least give a week before you start hassling.
