Could they have made this episode any more NASTY!??? I had to turn my head every time they showed the kid with the fat tong. I seriously could have done without that. The concept of the show was great, with House near death having those delusions. Good finally, although the graphic scenes were a bit much...

i missed like the first 20 mins of it. I know they kept showing the tong part it was just gross.... but a good show to watch.

yeah the ball popping thing was pretty gruesome lol. overall I give the episode a B+/A-
