Looks like there was an error, I think SPANNOW was trying to throw him in the Miserable Users group, but missed on the drop-down selection and put him in the standard Moderators group. Standard Moderators group appears in the regular yellow color, Super Moderators and Administrators show in the light blue color.

So, problem corrected and now Rochard can ban you all. :winkwink:
