Mac Users - Best Programs?

I've noticed that we have a lot of Mac users here...

A lot of the best programs that I use for my Mac I would have never known about unless someone had recommended them. So.. what are some of the best mac programs you have found??

Email: I'm using Entourage, Microsoft's software. Is there anything better out there?

Yummy FTP
Renamer 4 Mac - For renaming bulk files
Adium - Chat Program(supports ICQ very well)
WireTap Pro - Digital Recording Device
Omni Outliner

also hit up www.versiontracker.com to see the latest and greatest, big and small shit mac users think up since they don't have to worry about virsuses and restarting their computers all day long.

AdiumX is by far the best IM client out there. I always had problems with my Win IM clients (Trillian, Miranda, Gaim) disconecting from MSN or not even fucking connecting. AdiumX never fails, plus its very customizable! :thumbsup

iView from Iview Multimedia is somewhat usable.
Too many things it does not do so I devised my own browser based solution wth Perl and Javascript including cropping for thumbs and batch processing of images as well as the file naming/renaming and organizing.

Quicksilver for productivity, can't stress this enough.

Unfortunately, it would take too much work to make it a saleable product.

Its all part of a larger project that I use for free sites and blogs.
The code would need a lot of cleaning up, but works fine for me as I'm constantly adding features and trying to improve it for my needs and have kind of given up on making it a saleable product.

Although the image proccessing part of it could actually be made to work separately without a lot of work and have considered doing this but don't have the time.

I can tell you what I used to make it all work.
Perl - but you could use PHP just as well
ImageMagick for the image processing
Walter Zorns JS libs for the cropping

And of course HTML and Javascript, not to mention hundreds of hours of programing time

Iphoto- best for your personal pic collections, the newest version kicks so much ass.

Mail- just switched to Mail from MS Entourage, Entourage hasn't been updated in ages and is getting buggy the higher version of OS X you have and it's slow as a dog compared to Mail... I can search 10k message bodies in Mail in under 10 seconds, Enterouge take 5 to 10minutes. Plus Mail integrates with ICal and Addresss book, if you don't use Mail, ICal and address book, you are really missing out.

PhotositeTimesavor - best TGP making software

Flip4Mac - makes WMV's as playable as Quicktime, and it even plays WMV's in quicktime, wished they came out with this years ago, an absolute must have if you own a mac (all those streaming WMV's in browsers work with it).

R-name - best quick file renaming software

BBedit- best text based HTML editor
