So what's the best antivirus software
So avast is performing much better than I expected on my computer. It's outperforming Norton. Is there a better one?
Avast is very good, as well as AVG.
AVG all the way
I'm using what my ISP uses..it's free and effective
I like Kaspersky, it's fast and doesn't eat up a ton of system resources.
i uninstalled kaspersky & replaced it with nod32 & like it much better. easier on the system too.
kaspersky fast a lot and can even delete viruses from system restore
Avast works great for me
my vote goes to AVG

I've been using Nod32 for years. But on one of my PC's I am trying PC-Cillin.
I really like it. It updates every few hours. Has a built in firewall, and also checks for program/browser/M$ vulnerabilities, also malware/adware removal, and scans e-mail. 30 day evaluation available. So far I'm loving it. Good program. :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup |

Anything that dosent start with an "N" is alright in my book.

I use Panda - works fine for me ... ;)

Owning a Mac :thumbsup

Nod32 is the best that I've ever used http://nod32.com
It seems like they update their definitions daily, so they're definately on top of things. I've been through a few programs before in the past and things have gotten through, but so far, Nod32 has been perfect. Like someone mentioned above, they do have a 30 day trial, so give it a shot, I'm sure you'll fall in love with it. |
using zonealarm myself.. won the best of the year in the tests I read last year so I got it.. working like it should...
I have the Corporative Edition of Symantec.... :thumbsup
