Is there a faster way to ftp several thousand images!! What a ball buster..

Lot's of work I can imagine...

work, work, work, work.. I hope it's all worth it in the end.. :)

The ftp really isnt any work at all, just time consuming.. waiting & waiting.

while its loading i usually go on my porch and light up a fat one... its usually done by the time im done

yea takes hell of alot time if u gotta upload alotta shit... just take a moment for yourself

Linux server id assume. :winkwink: If you have root access upload it as a zip or compressed file that you use, then extract it on the box. The slowness is due to the ftp making a new connection for each file.

If you are uploding from another FTP server via your hard disk - try FXP, sometimes it works sometimes it dosnt.

It works like a dream with my new server - 1.5 gigs in a few seconds - you cant complain about that :)
