the Da Vinci Code is fiction but there a lot of facts that are true. If you want to know more about it, read a book called The Hyram Key. It is a research done by 2 masons who studied the bible and the origin of the mason rituals. Very interesting, and filled with true facts that prove that the bible is BS. Some of those same facts are pointed out in the Da Vinci Code (at least the book, going to see the movie tonight).

Jesus was the Anthony Robbins of his times. He was a regular man like you and me. I think that is what the Da Vinci code is trying to say. He just was willing to die for what he beleived in. Simple as that.

I haven't see the movie or read the book yet, but for the record the gosphels found in Nag Hammadi libraby mention Christ as married and for historicians have EQUAL value with the ghospels accepted by christian church leaders. So if that's all about it's nothing really new.

The christian religion as you know it today was defined in the 3rd century by a greek christian leader called Irenaeus. Due to many controversies back then and ppl believing all type of things based on which gospel they were hearing or reading he did a selection on which gospels the church to officialy accept and which to destroy. His personal criteria are actually what ppl know now about christ and believe in. Lovely isnt it? :)

the part where constitine the was a pagan and them explaining what the pentacle REALLY means made he happy seeing how im "pagan" and wear a pentical and have one tatted on me I was glad to see that

and that in the end is the problem, the way some people choose to belive that Jezus can walk on water and turn water into wine , people are now starting to choose to believe the stories and theories from the Da Vinci Code ...

Yep NONE of the gospels were actually written by the men they are named after. In fact most were long dead by the time they were written. There were about 30 books of the Bible that never made it in the "final" version including the gospel of Judas.
