Yo! This Magic Trick Will Fuck Your Head Up!

http://www.milaadesign.com/wizardy.html

This is way the fuck out there. Lotsa fun!

The Duck 05-22-2006 12:02 PM

what the....

axelcat 05-22-2006 12:05 PM

thats crazy

Rob 05-22-2006 12:06 PM

We learned how to do that in programming logic when I was in school but never with that limited number of options. That is pretty insane.

Did anyone put their mouse on the symbol? I caught myself doing that the first 2 times and on the third I just let the mouse sit and it still selected the correct one. Pretty amazing.

drjones 05-22-2006 12:08 PM

Wow thats pretty clever

BluewireAngie 05-22-2006 12:08 PM

freaky!!! lol!!!!

djroof 05-22-2006 12:09 PM

really cool!!!

marketsmart 05-22-2006 12:09 PM

wtf... i didnt even follow their rules.. i just picked a randow number...

and they got it right... i am tripping balls
gonna try again...

drjones 05-22-2006 12:09 PM

*Spoiler*

*dont read till you try the game*
Freaked me out till I figured it out.. Notice all the possible numbers you can get as a result of adding the digits from a 2 digit number are all the same symbol

Screaming 05-22-2006 12:10 PM

very neat

marketsmart 05-22-2006 12:11 PM

nah they just got lucky.. did it twice more... and yes i know the way it works is mathmatical probability.... i just wanted to play...

Deej 05-22-2006 12:16 PM

4 times later it wont work :winkwink:

TheSenator 05-22-2006 12:19 PM

oldie but goodie....

YoGold 05-22-2006 12:37 PM

anyone know how this works?

King Adam 05-22-2006 12:43 PM

It was wrong for me twice

King Adam 05-22-2006 12:45 PM

Now it worked twice .. I'm freakin out over here.

psili 05-22-2006 12:47 PM

Multiples of 9, yo.

sweetME 05-22-2006 12:49 PM

That's cool :thumbsup

CyberHustler 05-22-2006 12:50 PM

crazy shit

Greg B 05-22-2006 01:00 PM

There are 13 symbols that repeat. That's the first clue.

Greg B 05-22-2006 01:07 PM

Oh! I get it! The symbols on each number are never the same each try. It's a probabilty math sequence. Very cool!

eh...seen that trick before...

xNetworx 05-22-2006 01:29 PM

didn't work for me

Harrison Richard 05-22-2006 01:31 PM

This is not magic; this is algebra.

MaddCaz 05-22-2006 01:34 PM

its simple mathematics

nexcom28 05-22-2006 01:46 PM

Any number you think of is divisible by 9...

dv2 05-22-2006 02:06 PM

doesn'twork for me...78

NemesiS876 05-22-2006 02:10 PM

nice clock, by the way I known that trick

Greg B 05-22-2006 04:55 PM

Now that I'm over the amazement I realize how it's done. Verrrry cool. Lots of fun.

Scott McD 05-22-2006 05:01 PM

Hmmm, pretty cool...

VicD 05-22-2006 05:02 PM

great trick

The Sultan Of Smut 05-22-2006 05:07 PM

It's the same as this one:
http://www.mysticalball.com/

SmokeyTheBear 05-22-2006 05:08 PM

this is a very old trick , they even use the same method .. cool the first time u try i suppose but once you do it like3 times its pretty obvious

hova 05-22-2006 05:11 PM

funky trick

mattt 05-22-2006 05:13 PM

hehe nice one

Deputy Chief Command 05-22-2006 05:13 PM

I remember that game from when I was 10 ;

we used to do it all the time , and laugh at the people who didnt understand

when I was 10 I thought it was cool too **************

Darkland 05-22-2006 05:16 PM

All the ones who said it did not work need to go back to school for either basic math or direction following. The set up is fool proof and can not produce an incorrect answer. :1orglaugh

Deputy Chief Command 05-22-2006 05:16 PM

:) :) :) :)

nico-t 05-22-2006 05:20 PM

just a math trick..

Darkland 05-22-2006 05:22 PM

The formula is set up, very simply at that, to produce a 2 digit number that when added together ALWAYS equals 9, with the exception of course being the only 1 digit result of 9. Go ahead and take another peek at the symbols, all the ones that can be added together with a result of 9 ALWAYS has the same symbol.

Nah, that ain't it. The symbols, all 13 change each time you hit try again. Now if you close the window and log back into the website with the same number it won't work.

So go in and say 65. Then add that which is 11 subtracted is 54. Do it the first time then hit 'try again' and you'll get the correct answer but a different symbol on #54. If you close the window and try the same # 65 you'll get an off answer.

Oh wait, my pardon, I misunderstood. Yes 9 is the secret #. If you check the symbols each time they change on the numbers that equal 9.

Well, that's not magic at all...:2 cents:

johnnyhey 05-22-2006 11:40 PM

it was wrong for me

babsy 05-22-2006 11:48 PM

I tried this and my left hand fell off. Should I see a doctor about this startling development?

practiceTITOISM 05-23-2006 12:25 AM

Its simple math, but still frickin cool!

Choppa 05-23-2006 12:52 AM

thats insane and very clever

Abithefiend 05-23-2006 01:11 AM

First time it worked. So I did it again just to see...and it didnt work the second time.
I remember an online card trick similar...it asked you to pick out two cards at random and remember them. Then it omitted the two you picked when it put the cards back up again. That worked everytime and was very weird.
