Yup she is carrying the baby of superman.
A baby so strong it can push its leg so hard that is leaves a foot imprint on the outside of the belly toes and all even through stomach muscle and other stuff in the way.
When its born it will not come out normal, it will grab each labia with its hands and pull them apart like tin foil and walk the fuck out. Give all the doctors a pissed off look and kick the shit out of the guy who reaches for the circumcision equipment for even thinking about it. This is of course after it gnaws off its own umbilical cord.
