How to beat wire tapping of cell phone conversations
Please copy and distribute widely. There is only one type of real patriotism, and that is when people stand up together against tyranny within their own country.
To protect yourself, you have to consider three things. 1) Your phone number and cell phone company. 2) Voice Matching 3) Personal syntax and choice of words. Now you can exercise these things one at a time but doing them all together is most beneficial. It will keep our corrupt ?institutions? spinning their wheels and getting nowhere. Others I am sure will come up with other ideas. Add those to the list. And exercise them in groups of three or more. Hiding your phone number and cell phone company It is apparent that certain ?official? entities can figure out who you are by going to a phone company and getting your phone number. And it is all too easy for them to tap your line and listen in on your conversation. So the first rule is this: use your personal cell phone for family, friends and general non-sensitive phone conversations. Be religious in what you use that phone for. Do not ever talk business. Do NOT gossip about what happened at work with anyone over the phone. Next, you have your company or a large number of business peers order a pool of cell phones from various companies. Each day, you randomly select one phone from the group. Each day, someone has a different phone. And the pool is such that you just pull a phone out of a box so no one knows who has what phones. The more phones in the pool, the better and I would recommend a few extras. That way they do not know how many people are in the pool giving them even more confusing in tracking things down. In fact, changing the number and members of a pool over time is not a bad idea. At the end of the day, you put all the phones back in the box and someone later then recharges them. No one should see which phone you pull out and no one should see which phone you put in. They should be phones that do not have GPS or transmitters in them where position can be cross-referenced with your vehicle and cameras on the highway and such. Better yet, keep your phone in lead and aluminum lined box until you need to use it and then only when you are well away from your car. Take your antenna off your vehicle while traveling so that your phone cannot transmit GPS data while in its ?rest? mode. Every month, your company or group should order a new set of phones preferably from different phone companies. There are a lot of phone companies out there so don?t keep using the same companies. Mix those phones up between pools on a regular basis. Now imagine a corrupt ?institution? trying to figure out what conversations belong to what phones, to what people, on what days. By the time they start to figure it out, you dump the phone and order a new one. The most the government can do is say ?someone in this company made this phone call, who was it?? And your CEO will say, ?I have no idea. They all use their own personal phones and they use a phone pool so there is no way to know who made what phone calls on what days. Our company simply pays them reimbursement for using their personal phones.? Voice Matching It is possible to match a voice (pitch, inflection, etc) to a person. To avoid this, get yourself a computer to use with your phone. The computer has to have a speaker system. And I am assuming you can type fairly fast. Instead of talking into the phone, you type out your message and then use the computer and a text-to-voice software (voice synthesizer) program to translate your text into that monotone voice. Make sure you do this in an environment where noises in the background will not give you away. For example, if you use it at home and your children are talking in the background, well, you just screwed up. After a particularly sensitive conversation, wipe your harddrive and totally reinstall the system. It takes about 2-4 hours and that is a small price to pay for a journalist who is investigating a particularly senstive issue. So, buy yourself a cheap used laptop. Do not store anything on it, use it only for phone conversations, and wipe it clean on occassion. Consider a ?phone bag? to make sure the computer stays with the laptop. Personal Syntax and Choice of Words It is also possible to match the choice of words (not pitch or inflection) and choice of phrases and syntactical mannerism with a person. The words you use to express yourself is such that you use certain words and phrases over and over again during the course of a days conversation and over the years. Your knowledge of the English language and your particular style in choosing words to express yourself come naturally and are like a finger print. Your choice and usage of words and phrases can identify you. There are several ways to avoid this. One is to use very simple phrases and incomplete sentences. Use common words and phrases instead of ?intellectual? words. For example, if you are familiar with the use of the word ?indigenous?, instead of saying ?indigenous? say ?naturally occurring?. Do NOT use slang or words that reflect verbal mannerism that might identify you. Look, this is really not that hard to do though it takes a bit of practice. Just type out what you want to say and then analyze each word to see if you can state it differently. For example, I tend to say ?eh? at the end of each statement as a means to confirm with my listener. This is a mannerism that can identify me. In this case, I would not use ?eh? and may even remove it from the dictionary of the speech synthesizer program and do a quick spell check to make sure I never used that particular word in the document. I might do the same with ?indigenous?. Stay away from peculiar phrases like bushite and stay with commonly used professional phrases like ?Bush Administration?. Your words should be ?generically? composed. |

The idea here is to prevent another terrorist attack even worse than 9/11.
Not to hide from the government. :disgust |

This is all bullshit. All this does is take away our freedoms while giving the ILLUSION of make you safer. All a terrorist has to do is come from Mexico across our poorly gaurded border with a dirty bomb. But George doesn't want to stop Mexicans from getting over here. |
They are desenticing and preparing you for a true police state.

back in 98 he had a sat phone he planned a few attacks but ameroca stopped it before they could happen, so he knew straight off that his calls were listened to, so all he did was gave the phone to someone else and sent them on a journey terrorist also the net , stenography , using a simple email system like hotmail/gmail as a drop box , all they do is type up a message safe it as a draft , the person they want to communicate with logs in gets the message then there is things like pgp or in voice the use of giving things other names to protect your own privacy , never use a cordless phone , your next door neighbour could be listening via a scanner |
