can https:// URL's get a pagerank and can google spider them?

look at https://www.paypal.com

lol..thats what i did just before i posted this..so your answer is "No" i assume?

they are spidered but no pagerank.

i guess it's only smart to https:// the pages that really need it and leave the other pages to be accessed through regular http://

damn it...wish i thought about this question before setting up all the links on a project i'm doing...gotta redo some of the links now so that not all pages are accessed through https://

Yea, on a second note
all my https pages have Disallows all the robots.
I really don't want a secure page indexed in SEs :)
