Are you finding Videos are becoming more popular that pictures for paysites. Are members liking videos more or pictures becuase videos take to long to download

I would say that Video content would be #1

But having good, super hi-res stills from the actual shoot is just a nice way to create a total package.

When people are bouncing around the Web... they mostly are seeing photo content. That's what gets their quick attention.
Having these super hi-res stills is what you need for that.

I also think that your members who fall love with Your content will love both the video and the photo content.

Being a video guy I am biased towards video but I have always liked still photograhy too. The thing I like about still work is that it's more dynamic because you catch that one monent in time and if you get "the shot" there's nothing like it. With video on the other hand it's constantly moving so you get to see everything, but there are still instances where you get amazing stuuf and that's always great too.

if you are talking about like a solo girl site I think the 2 would work hand in hand. With the pics, like I said, you have that dynamic factor and you get to see the model in all kinds of different poses. With the video though, you get to see the medel's personality and almost get to know her in a way.

I think for hardcore sites the video aspect is the way to go. Pics are still great but the video is just going to be more appealing for obvious reasons. Also, I see your point in some videos having long load times but with broadband access getting more and more popular along with better compression tools and software, I think that will start to become a thing of the past, at least until HD is the norm anyways.

Tons of pictures is a must... But a couple of hours with movies are also necessary.

I think members wants more videos, but I use pictures for promotion ;)

Pictures are better because are faster to download, but maybe you can get more sales with movies.

Sear did it for me. Have a nephew that started with the display ads in the paper for woman's under garments (according to my sister). Doe Sears still put that catalog out?

Pics and vids are required and depends on the format and player you're using. Got to have slow-mo, stop action and repeat!

videos are always the best - and people dont have to download them when they have plugins to watch. We have found a huge increase in numbers and webmasters going that way and their clients are soaking it up and retaining better than if they just had pictures

My Philosophy is both.

People want both, that's why I give both sections equal position in my members section.

And how about adding a slide show feature for your stills as a "hybrid" of both?
