Hmm...seems you lack taste. It was a consistently good show with a few cheesy episodes. The first season wasn't the best though.

TNG was a good show, but I like it better when not compared to the original series. I could never get into any of the other spin-offs though.

Growing up I was a STTOS fanatic. I was 5 when it premiered so I really didn't get into it until a few years later when it ran late night on Sundays. When I was in Jr. High a station started running it M-F at 6PM and a group of us would hang out before school discussing the previous night's episode:1orglaugh
