Tutorial Needed, Please
Hi.
I've got a TGP www.exquisiteteens.co.uk and it looks a little plain at the moment. I would really like to be able to have a realy funky border around my groups of thumbnails. I'm using Autogallery SQL 6.1.3 and I would like to know if there is any tutorial out there that help make the borders (and titles). I'm quite good at using Photoshop/Paintshop, its just the tutorial of how to get the border to go all roundthe thumbs is what I need. LEROY |
well you have to design it and slap it into html format....implementing the thumbs and shit is easy after that....
are you fluent with building normal designed sites (non-tgp) ??? |

I'm a bit worried about intergrating it with the Autogallery SQl templates that my page has to use. Whats the best program to design it with? Leroy |
do it in tables
all you need is a top with corners then a side bar the side bars will be in <tr><td> </td></tr>'s then at the end put the bottom bar with corners |
Go with tables or DIVs... then create a background image and you even save loading time.
Just make sure thumbnail size, DIV/cell size, background image match. Using CSS-ed TD / DIV makes it even easier for future updates. |
