Do you go to the gym or hit the weights at home? Bowflex?

Cardio, weights, jazzersize? What does that mean when you say you work out? Free weights, machine weights or exercise machines...

I hit the bike for about 45 min.'s every other day which works great.

I run 6 days a week, do weights 3 days a week, and 5 jiu jitsu classes a week.

Of course it is! Depending on how active you are I bet you'd burn about 100 calories a session :)

I work out 7 days a week doing cardio. 2hrs on the treadmill at a 12% or higher incline. Then I also do weight training every other day, so 3 times a week.

So far Ive lost 25lbs in 2 1/2 months.

3 times weekly, but im thinking of doing saturday. I'm pretty good on the treadmill, I can do over 21 minutes.

Sounds like the old webmaster image of eating junk food by the computer for 10 hours a day is not so true anymore.

I think you get more work done at a higher quality when you exercise and keep in shape, it just makes you feel better which flows into your everyday life.

I used to work out intensively... but have been letting it go gradually, I'm down to maybe 1-2 workouts a week

yeah.. but i have no choice. if i miss out ill be AWOL. Next week i'll be out of the army (hopefully) and i don't think i'll ever workout again
