I would have just started eating off everyone else's entrees and if people started giving me funny looks, I'd just point and say, "I thought we were supposed to share everything.. you guys ate all MY dinner!"

i hope you really just do consider it strange and aren't all bent out of shape because people at your dinner party shared your plate. i don't remember the last time i went out to eat where i ate my whole plate by myself and didn't try my friends entrees.

and if my wife started drama, i would have fed her to the fucking party, too.

Yeah we were laughing at the time even though it would have been nice to eat some

...and when their main courses came out as a joke we were tempted to go along while they were eating and pick things off their plate and say "Oh this is great"
