*** not cost effective to shoot 2 sets exclusive . . 5 and up with vid will get you some good 'exclusive' stuff

Just a clarification:
My primary need for this content is for the design of paysite tours. I need content that will sell on a tour. I have only bought non-exclusive content previously, but for the tours I want content I can do what I like with, so I'm going exclusive.

Given that this is the first time I'm buying exclusive I'm not looking to spend more than 2-3K USD in total. I know that is a pretty limited budget, so I had hoped I would be able to buy some exclusive image sets already shot. Apparently that isn't going to happen so I will buy image set and video.

The niches I'm looking for is solo, lesbian, hardcore and teen. Maybe anal, double penetration if it can be fit into the budget.
There is no need for individual models for each niche.
