OK , i have seen on a russian site a model i liked ..searched and found out its a playboy playmate.

Is their a way to advertise a specific playmate with Playboy Cash?

I'm afraid not. However, this will be changing in the near future where you'll be able to link to pages exactly like that one you linked to above (sort of like a half page ad) where it will carry your affiliate code. All in the works.
