just a quick question about Verotel emails
 
Their online help chat is closed until tomorrow. This is normal, it is only open for a set amount of hours each day.

Since yesterday evening I have not recieved emials on new or recurring sales. In their control panel I can see that I have many of each.

Just wondering if anyone else is getting both new sales and recurring sales verified in the "Verotel Control Center" but not recieving the emails.

Youre not the only one. I ve been getting intermittent emails from them.
Its been really wierd.

Just got all of mine now in one huge hit...:Oh crap Happened a couple of weeks ago too.

Same here... they came in the middle of the night for me....

same also.... so much to sort...wasnt funny.

No explanation from verotel either.

Some of the suscribers didnt get their subscription emails either...

Looks like I am having this problem again. Usually starts on the weekends. This weekend barely saw any verotel emails come in. Its strange... recurring comes in, but new ones dont, and on Sunday, non of the recurring comes in, but 1 or 2 new subscription emails come in.

Anyone else have this problem?
