Where to buy cheap .TV domains?

I was just looking at .tv domains and namecheap wants $42.95 each for them. Is there a registrar that sells .tv domaims cheap?

Because I am looking for domains were nearly every single one in a 3 word key phrase has been taken or is banned. same goes for the .org and .net versions.
Trust me unless I could get it under $15 I will think of another domain..

Make sure whoever you buy it from allows transfers to another registrar if you plan to move it - some dont :(
