I have a question for you anti-dialer pushers, I've asked it before, but nobody answered.
Java alerts can be pretty productive for making money, besides dialers, what's another great way to make money through java alerts ?? |
Telcoweb have had there assets frozen by the FTC due to a Playstation2 Scam
and are awaiting any information on there assets being unfrozen. |
Don't worry the FTC will unfreeze Telcoweb's assets shortly.
They're working with the FTC to create a new compliant dialer. This new dialer will have the price of the call in a very clear and noticeable manner. To even out any lost minutes, they will also ease up on the scrubbing. As soon as we can detailed information from our 900 number supplier, we'll also be doing the same thing. |

What kind of scrubbing ia necessary for a dialer? |
The scrubbing on the dialer is exclusive to the United States only.
The scrubbing that we do for example is we only allow the customer to make up to $75 per day in charges for the dialer, $300 ($105 on the drop charge) dollars total for the month. When they are blocked because they hit the $300 limit, they are not unblocked until they pay the bill. Furthermore, if anyone chargesback they are automatically placed into our bad ANI database. So if they try to call again, their call will be rejected by our scrubbing system. We auto disconnect the surfer after 18 minutes (International 30 minutes) as well on the per minute dialer. We also scrub calls from certain states harder than others depending on which state has more chargebacks and/or complaints. Most dialer networks started scrubbing after they switched from AT&T billing to a different biller and it brought minutes down as much as 40% for some people. We'll probably take most, possibly all, of the scrubbing to balance out any lost minutes due to the new FTC regulations. |
