Another sleepless night....
 

so here i am again with insomnia...can't sleep. i think i need to wake up earlier in the morning so i'll be tired by 12am at least....

Have you tried reading a book befor turning off the light, maybe some warm milk? The worst you can do is try to force yourself to sleep when you don't feel sleepy. Try reading a book until your eyelids start feeling heavy.

lol...sleeping makes you stay looking young...

reminds me of when i was in high school when i would procrastinate to study just the night before a big test...reading those academic books always made my eyelids heavy and drowsy :1orglaugh
