How much for ask to lease a domain
 

I have a domain name for a realtor site.... I dont want to sell it so I am thinking about writing a contact for a client that wants to use this name... probably at least 3 years.

This domain is worth I am guessing $500 to $1000 but has no traffic.

What is a fair asking lease price? I am thinking $45/year is fair...

Why do you want to keep a $500 domain with no traffic so badly? I would just sell it for $1500 and forget about it... do you really want to deal with contracts, chasing down client for payment etc, all for $50/year?

well I know this client would never pay that.... but I want to be nice at the same time I guess because I know she really wants this domain. but I dont just want to give it away.

True i dont make much off of it though...

id say 300$/year...
