Every once in a blue moon we get a member on our website who breaks the vacuum of feedback silence and takes time to pass along a few thoughts on their impression of the site.
The other day we received this from a longtime and loyal member (he's been consistently with us over four years now!)

Its amazing how one email feedback can offset all those latenight post-edit production parties where I start questioning my sanity and ask myself if its all worth the time and effort around 4am.
Bigfoot gets photographed in the wild more often than we receive feedback, so I just wanted to share this with everyone to illustrate that surfers still manage to make the email navlink function sometimes.
