or better yet, ill say that people who provide services just overestimates 90% of the time.

message him saying "for every hour you take past the due time, i take off 5 dollars"

i bet he'll finish quickly

if it was a binding agreement, then i would want to pay x now and every day past the deadline $ is taken off.

not to compare bullshit, but when a hotel in vegas is scheduled to open, its gonna open.
