He will be putting me into all types of training modes..

Then 25km Bike Ride...

Then 6 Hours Dance Training..

He will spend as much money on this as needs to be spend.. i Belive he is flying in some guy from the UK to help train me..

Oh, I'm well aware of the danger hiding beneath the surface.

When the US government recruited me for my dance moves in the 90's, I learned much about the Aussie techniques. I will be on my gaurd.

We have studied the Bacon training regime for "Footloose", the Travolta scheme for "Saturday Night Fever" and Michael Jackson;s lead up for "Beat It".

Consequently, Kieran will be on a strict diet of egg whites, rhubarb and Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

His daily training regimen will include yoga, Tai-Bo, excessive masturbation and sprint training of running through local trailer parks screaming "WHITE TRASH" at the top of his lungs.

We remain quietly confident.
