What route should Canadian webmaster take?

What route should a small Canadian webmaster take re meeting CCBill/VISA's requirements for a 'presence' in the US or Europe? (don't wanna involve friends/family in all this)

advice/recommendations about meeting VISA's 'presence/ resident agent' requirementswould be most welcome!

canadians I know team up with US webmasters to use their CCBill account - but there are many options to use

You can incorporate in Gibralter I think thus going thru Visa EU. There's also an option thru Visa Asia I think.

There's info in this thread about doing it thru the US, a link to a place to incorporate in the UK and I posted 2 links in there to other threads of info.

I'm Canadian so therefore I incorporated; guess where? Delaware? Nevada, Gibraltar? Gimme a break?!
I'm basically just gonna use Verotel. There has got to be a way for CCbill and others to do it. Set up a shop in Canada or something. Obviously if Verotel and My Virtual Paymonde, can do it, why not others? From what I can see there is a market in Canada for adult webmasters... [insert sarcasm here]
I want to use CCbill but I feel like a dick trying so hard, and having to jump through hoops for the "pleasure" of giving these other processors my business. :2 cents:
