Hmm anyone else here use it? It seems pretty good at first glance. I'd like to see some programs that use it.

never heard of it, whats the link to their site?

Lance69 05-17-2006 11:16 PM

http://www.idevdirect.com/
I looked at the demo it seems pretty good to me although, that's from the point of view of someone who hasn't run thier own affiliate program.

I've used it on a couple of websites

It isn't made for adult sponsor programs, it certainly wont be suitable.

Seems like it would be better than using a ccbill or verotel affiliate program.
Is there some reason why it wouldn't be suitable?

Ccbill or verotel would be better than idev, it's ok for a very lightweight operation, I used to run it on my hosting business's website but it's not good enough, even for that. Missing a lot of features (ones that you'd need to run any affiliate program). Plus, it looks shit and I don't believe it's possible to customize, at least without a team of programmers and designers.

it's not that great at all, for some VERY simple affiliate program I guess it would work, but don't expect this to be a replacement for nats/mpa3/etc... it's only $100, you get what you pay for...

Garou 05-20-2006 07:58 AM

never heard of them before. I decided to go with custom software cuz none of the ones on the market suited my needs...

stickyfingerz 05-20-2006 09:17 AM

That software is mainly for small shopping cart stores not for an adult affiliate program.
