    Vegas Video Question..My dumb ass needs help.

    I just bought this vegas video, which I think is a ripoff now that I know that I could have used windows movie maker since I don't do anything complicated..

    Anyway, I figured out how to put a title screen in front of the video..Now I need to figure out how to overlay a watermark on the whole video..

    What fucking button do I push to activate the title overlay shit? I can't find it and I've had a long day and I'm frustrated.

    Any help would be appreciatedc.

      basicly go to media generators and grab a text box and drag it to the ''top' of the video timeline if i remember correctly . .

      or drop yer psd of png up there

          Make sure that the title you've created is on top of the video in the timeline.

          Meaning...

          Let's say you have 1 video clip... it has a video track and audio track.

          And you also have the title...

          Make sure video/audio are are below the title on the timeline... Vegas gives priority to what is higher up on the timeline.

              and make sure the background of your watermark transparent too otherwise you wont be able to see anything but the watermark

                      And thanks to the rest of y'all for helping me...I realized that I just wasted 130 bucks because all I really needed was a new firewire and I could have just edited it with the old pinnacle software that I already know how to use..Man I hate wasting money.
