the first part of what you said is not working for me. But this part is:

"Now, concentrate on the black "+" in the center of the picture.
After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see a green dot rotating"

pretty bad ass, now i have a head ache:(

The first part means, you only see pink dots.. then when you look at the plus you see a green dot going around the circle.
