haha, I remember them talking about that a year or so ago. He tried to work it out so his winnings from Survivor would be tax free.

The guy did all sorts of deliberate tricky stuff and perjured himself. If he had been straight up in the trial the judge was only going to give him a light sentence, but he lied repeatedly which judges don't take kindly to.
