I don't recall what the URL is and I can't seem to find it in Google.

But it was like an online Paint program... you would draw something, then hit Done and it would give you a URL.

If you visited the URL it would act out the drawing you did before from scratch until complete.

Anyone? or did I dream this shit.

I don't know what you are talking about but it sure sounds interesting. I hope someone here could help you with that.
