Flash problem

When I load a site that has flash in it, the page makes me a weird error and I cannot load the flash graphics at all.

It happens all the time on this board, because there is a lot of flash banners.

Does anyone knows how to fix that?

It says that my activex is not sfe enough to load the flash banner.

I run win XP and never updated the IE that is already installed...
