I went out there Friday and was hanging out with neighbors & taking pics until around 11:30.

Had an amazing sunset & full moon:

Then my friend proposed to his girlfriend, which was totally unexpected and very touching.

Then we did some off-roading and sight seeing. The jeep KICKED ASS! And I learned a lot about how to drive it (didn't get stuck or stall once ;) ).

yeah i love the desert.

make sure you stay in a group, carry a gps and inform people of your intended coordinates, take plenty of water and emergency food, and use caution especially if you have young women with you.

if you have a problem things can get dicey.

About 3 years ago a friend of ours started having convulsions. That was a bad situation and he ended up getting to an ambulance, then airlifted somewhere.

He's ok now and they still can't figure it out tho.
