For those who shave down south...

I guess this might be a little too personal but I was wondering how you get over the itch once you shave down south. The itch is just too much for me to handle. Is there any special remedy to relief the itch ? I am just trying to sit through it.

I seems to be developing a rash down there.. :(

Screaming 05-15-2006 06:13 AM

shave it daily.

oceania 05-15-2006 06:27 AM

i shave every once in a while
because i forget about the itch
going without panties /pants
helps
nothing to rub against the skin...

Yngwie 05-15-2006 06:29 AM

after shaving use baby oil.

Trax 05-15-2006 06:34 AM

no itching here

NyLoS 05-15-2006 06:35 AM

keep your chick rubbing it man, I love that itch !

Elli 05-15-2006 07:36 AM

It should only itch if you're letting it grow back in. Shave daily and if your skin is still sensitive, use some mild hair conditioner as shaving cream. It should work like a charm. :)

Choppa 05-15-2006 07:39 AM

itch can be bad for a day or two topical creams are good :thumbsup

Try bikini wax. :thumbsup
I'm using sally hansen hair removal kit. It hurts at first but it's worth it.

candyflip 05-15-2006 08:15 AM

I just keep it trim down with the clippers. I can't do the smooth shaved balls thing anymore, for that reason alone. I hate itching.

Bikini Zone. You can find it in most any drugstore, either with the razors or with the skin care stuff. It's a gel that you apply right after you shave, and it works great.

Babagirls 05-15-2006 09:52 AM

my man was like that one time when i shaved him down south, he refuses to ever do that again LOL he was itching the next day like he had crabs. poor fella.

:Oh crap

fuzebox 05-15-2006 10:39 AM

Is this the first time you did it? Mine itched like a mofo for the first week or so, then went away once my skin got used to it. That was 3 years ago and I still do it 2x a week...

same here

topnotchxxx 05-15-2006 11:22 AM

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I will try something. Yup, this is actually the second time but the itchy seems to have subsided somewhat after a few days.

majorbitch 05-15-2006 11:26 AM

Lotion! Or.. try an anti-itching creme. Good luck!

pussyluver 05-15-2006 11:36 AM

Start with an electric razor and then use the blades. The doctor prescribed some medicated soap for my g/f. Think it was phisohex or physoderm. One of them is prescription and one isn't. Point is use a medicated soap. Lotion helps too. She has all kinds if stuff with her makeup etc. It might be Eucerin Creme.

When she first started the shaving, she'd get a rash. On one of her regular female parts exams, the doctor noticed and gave her the advice.

You ever sit on something naked with your babypowder ass, and leave a white stripe :1orglaugh

ParkAvenue 05-15-2006 01:41 PM

Google it. Plenty of shaving advice from razor companies.

Vanilla DeVille 05-15-2006 01:46 PM

Baby Powder is your answer! :) However, if you don't want any hair... just get it lasered off. That's what I did... no regrets!! :thumbsup

RhiannonAPM 05-15-2006 01:50 PM

That's what i was like aswell.

I've never shaved down there since, just trim... :upsidedow

Vitasoy 05-16-2006 06:06 AM

Shaved before but I prefer trimm. I hate in grown hairs

reynold 05-16-2006 06:28 AM

just a little hair isn't bad, try some anti-itch lotion to help you with that kind of irritation.

MaddCaz 05-16-2006 06:29 AM

how about you just not shave down south?

Cyndalie 05-16-2006 07:00 AM

Shave Gel.
Then freeball it the first 24 hours.
If the itch gets unbearable, use a white lotion like lubriderm or intensive care.
Then leave it the fuck alone.

kanalj 05-16-2006 07:02 AM

itch? you newbie!

gecko 05-16-2006 07:05 AM

Wax... is the way to go

mOrrI 05-16-2006 07:10 AM

Nice tips & tricks on shaving :D

topnotchxxx 05-16-2006 12:15 PM

Yup, I am a newbie at this and I guess I should have read up the manual before doing it. The rashes are down now as it has been a couple of days. Well, I am just trying to survive the next few days. Probably not going to do this until I prepared for it.

Thanks for the tips.
