And whenever I approached any friends of mine that ran an adult company for a recommendation on who to hire for the position. They went and recommended me staff of their OWN that I should hire LMAO!!!! So I obviously respond "why would you recommend a person of your own if they were so good?"

The answer is always "oh well they are great but not cut out for this job, you should hire them away from me and they will do a super job for you".

Soooooooooooo funny I got that from several companies last week and I'm not naming names. :1orglaugh
